I am at the last part of filing and I am being charged for filing. I am active duty military and put in my W-2 from military. How can I fix it?

I have tried restarting the app and starting fresh but it did not work.

Follow these steps and it should apply the military discount.

Log out of your TurboTax account if you are logged in
Close the TurboTax page
Open a new tab/page
Go to this link https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/military-edition.jsp
Login there
Click on Take me to My Return
Click on File on the top white bar, go through the steps and the discount should apply.
