I am at the last part of filing and I am being charged for filing. I am active duty military and put in my W-2 from military. How can I fix it?

I have tried restarting the app and starting fresh but it did not work.

Follow these steps and it should apply the military discount.

• Log out of your TurboTax account if you are logged in
• Close the TurboTax page
• Open a new tab/page
• Go to this link https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/military-edition.jsp
• Login there
• Click on Take me to My Return
• Click on File on the top white bar, go through the steps and the discount should apply.
