Husband and I wan’t to file our federal JOINT. We are active duty military with separate states ( GA and IA)

We tried through the app and currently says I owe state taxes assuming that it’s using our combined income for MY state taxes. I should not owe any taxes based of my states Indivual Tax booklet.
