That question comes up if you indicate that you are in the military or if you start your return from the military homepage. Here is how to correct that:
- Login and continue your return.
- Click on My Info on the left side menu.
- Across from your name on the right side, click Edit.
- About halfway down the page is I am a member or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces (active, reserve or National Guard). Change your answer to No.
- Click Continue to save.
