To edit this information, you will need to log in to your TurboTax Online account and choose to Take me to my return.
- Once in your return, click on Personal Info.
- On the Personal Info Summary page, you will click Edit, next to your spouse's name.
- Under their information, make certain that the question, "I am a member or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces (active, reserve or National Guard)." is marked as not marked.
- Continue through the screens making sure the answers are correct for your situation until you complete that portion of the return again.
