Gross disstribution from 401 K Plan and rollrover into IRA
Hi, I have a question related to one of my gross distributions from a former's employer 401K Plan, which I rolled-over into my own personal IRA account last year. After completing both my Federal and State taxes using the Desktop Turbo Tax version, I noticed that the amount that in box 4d of my Federal Tax Return Form 1040, has included the amount that was rolled over into my IRA, and which I believe should show 0 since it's a non-taxable amount. If my assumption is correct, can you please let me know how I can adjust this entry using my Turbo Tax software. Thank you.
