I have a 1099-R for less than $10. Because of this TurboTax will not allow free filing. How can I avoid paying an extra $60 because of this <$10 distribution?

$9.62, $1.92 withheld - '1-Early distribution'. I believe it was late interest on an account I had closed w/ direct rollover in 2018. I was sent a check out of the blue, no option to rollover or anything.
