That is in the forms mode which is not supported for data input. The verbiage has not been updated for years. Probably something left over from many years ago. Neither code 2 or 5 apply to a Roth IRA currently. A Roth would have a code J in box 7 for that box to be checked. Ignore it.
Unless there was tax withheld in box 4 then only the figures on the 1040 form line 4 gets sent to the IRS, if there is box 4 withholding then the 1040 box 1-11 (that have values) are sent to the IRS - nothing more.
