If you did not receive a 1099-G and your W-2 is correct, make sure that you report the W-2 box 14 items.

To enter a W-2:
- Click on Federal.
- Click on Wages & Income.
- Under Your income and expenses, click Edit/Add to the right of W-2.
- Click Edit to the right of the W-2.
- Scroll down to line 14 and complete all three boxes.
