Walmart is the only place I could go to get my money. It needs to be three separate transactions for $1000 and hopefully you can get the third one. If it only let’s you get $2000 from Walmart try an ATM for the other $1000 Of course in small increments. If you don’t want Atm fees go to a Walgreens or CVS atm this has been my experience so far
