Retirement tax questions

I don't know why you are receiving that message.  The 1099-R sections is, and has been, fully functional.  If you have started your 1099-R entries, try deleting them and re-entering.  If it continues, I suggest you contact customer service.  To do so, start by clicking Contact Us - TurboTax.  Starting here will help to ensure that your call is properly routed.
