According to the Wisconsin DOR website, starting in 2018, QCD distributions are not taxable in Wisconsin. Since turbo Tax does not address this in the Wisconsin State return, here is how to report it:
- Working in your State return, you should reach a page that says Here's the income that Wisconsin handles differently
- Go to Misc>Wi taxable income>start
- Put in the amount of the QCD.
