Type 'w2' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to w2'.

At the W-2 Summary page, check to make sure you didn't accidentally enter a 1099-R in the W-2 area.

If so, you can Delete the entry and re-enter it in the 1099-R area (under Retirement Income).
