I cashed out my fidelity account last year and they sent me a 1099-R. When I try to enter it, I get a screen that says "the IRS is still working on it; this area isn't finished yet." It also says that the form will be ready to enter on January 21, 2020. A MONTH AGO. Yet, when I first started my taxes on the turbo website, it DID let me enter it. Long story, but I bought the actual software from Amazon instead -- and yes, I updated it. But on my software, I get that message. What's the scoop?
