I'm entering the 1099-R info in my 2019 Turbo Tax file. Boxes 1 - 11 I have no questions. My question is entering information in the State Information Boxes 12 - 14
12. State Tax Withheld: No issues box number 12 and info available
13. State ID / Payer's State No: No issues box number 13 and info available
14. State Distribution Amt: There is no box numbered 14. But, in the un-numbered box after 13 it has 0.00
What do I enter for box 14 in my 2019 Turbo Tax file for this 1099-R?
