Potential solution
Follow these instructions to try and resolve the issue.
- Select File from the left menu.
- Select Revisit next to Step 1: Review your Order.
- Change the payment method between Pay with Federal Refund and Pay with Credit Card, then switch back to your original payment method, and continue through to pay and e-file your return.
