A 5498 is an information document of the Fair Market Value of your account on 12/31/2016.
It does not get entered anywhere in TurboTax.
It is used to help determine RMD-Required Minimum Distribution, after you turn 70 1/2.
Go back to 1099R and delete whatever you have entered.
