I meant to hit no for my retirement savings contribution credit and now its not letting me go back and say no. it just keeps showing yes and wants me to pay for an upgrad

You may want to delete the form manually to remedy this. The name of the form is: Form 8880, Credit for Qualified Retirement Savings Contributions. This article discusses the steps, or you can read below:

 

Here's the general procedure for viewing the forms list and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

  1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
  2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
  3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
  4. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.

...Another way in case that doesn't work:

 

Go thru the Retirement Savings Contribution Credit interview again, and when it asks if you were a student at any time during 2019...say YES.. 

 

Last year, that got rid of it  (of course, if it won't let you get that far, this won't work)
