Ok...first save a PDF of the return ...the IRS gets sent all the Forms, Schedules & statements. They do not get any worksheets. They are not sent any forms that were sent to you since the insurer of those forms already sent them in directly.
Now REVIEW the notice carefully ... And respond as requested...send whatever they want even if they already got that info already...sometimes things get lost for no reason.
