Retirement tax questions

Sounds like the IRS got a 1099R you did not enter into your return.  Or you calculated the wrong taxable amount on 1040 line 4b for all your 1099R.

Actually, I did enter this 1099R into my return but it is not clear that IRS received a copy. And the amount I entered on form 1099R does in fact match the amount on 1040 line 4b.

For 1099Misc they don't get copies with your return.  Only the total goes on your return.  Why did you get a 1099Misc?  Did you fill out schedule C for it?  1099Misc is usually for self employment income.  If it showed up on 1040 Schedule 1 line 21 for Other Income instead of line 12 they IRS will say you missed it.

Schedule C is in fact filled out, and the correct amount is listed on 1040 Schedule 1 line 12.

Congratulations on answering half of my question. You've already done better than the other two respondents.
