In TurboTax Deluxe you'll enter your 1099-R by clicking on Federal Taxes, then Wages & Income, then scroll down to Retirement Plans & Social Security, then select IRS, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R). Then just follow the prompts to enter the 1099-R information.
