Hi DianeW - I'm wondering if you can help with a slight twist on this thread. I am contemplating an early withdrawal from 401k to fund a home purchase abroad. My tax status with CT is non-resident; however, the plan administrator has my last CT address on file (prior to my move abroad 8 years ago) Question is: will I still need to pay CT state taxes on any early withdrawal?
