Yes, Line 64 on my 1040 does show the sum of the Withholding from Box 2 of my W-2 and my 1099. Thank you the added assurances of proper taxation. I must say I wasn't surprised that I owed more, just wanted more confidence there wasn't a formula bug in the 2014 TurboTax.
