Retirement tax questions

 Enter them all individually. 

First, make sure they are not extra copies of the same 1099-R (Distribution). If you have more than one of the SAME 1099-R reflecting the SAME distribution, you will need to only enter one. Just use the steps below (except for the last step).

If you have multiple 1099-R's for Multiple distributions than just follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Federal Taxes located on the left side menu.
  2. Click on Wages and Income.
  3. Click on Explore on My Own.
  4. Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security.
  5. On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click on the start or update button.
  6. Once you have entered the first one and come to the 1099-R summary screen you can choose add another 1099-R.
