Here are several possibilities that may affect you. First, several people have noticed that this is an Internet Explorer problem which I noticed you are using; try a different browser. Next, some have had success with deleting the SSA-1099 and re-entering:
· To delete Form go the far left, in the black vertical menu
· Click on Tax Tools
· Click on Tools
· Under Other helpful links, click on Delete a form
· Scroll down to form SSA 1099 and click on Delete
· Click on the blue Delete Selected Form
· At bottom Continue
· At bottom Continue with my Return
