Dear Tom, as far as I know, we sold the stock back to the company as part of the distribution. (Sorry, we're kind of amateur about this issue) ... Another thing, as far as I remember, TT asks about a ESPP stock, not a ESOP stock, am I wrong? ... Best regards !
