When you log into your online account:
- Click on Take Me to My Return if it does not automatically do so.
- Then click on My Account and select Tools
- Under Tools, select Topic Search
- Type in 1009-R and hit Go
- The form should populate and allow you to fill it out for your return
*You can also access the form by typing it in to the Search bar at the top of the screen. Click on the Jump To link next to the form and you'll be directed to the form.
