Social Security benefits are not taxable in Iowa, so you have no reason to enter them in Iowa (in fact, TurboTax automatically deletes them from your federal income when carried to Iowa).
Since you did not withhold any state tax for your Social Security either, there is no reason to enter anything at all about Social Security on your Iowa return, which is why you can't find a screen.
