To enter underpayment penalty information in TurboTax online program, go to:
1. Sign into your account and select Take me to my return
2. Select tab from the top, Federal Taxes / Other Tax Situations
3. Scroll down to Additional Tax Payment, select Underpayment Penalties and Start
