1099-R Rollover from 401k to an IRA

I'm being taxed to the the hilt for a rollover I made from a 401k (no longer with the company) to a Rollover IRA with Vanguard. TurboTax is counting this as income and not giving me the option to enter it as a nontaxable rollover.
