You can generate and file a Form 1099-MISC in Quick
Employer Forms (QEF)
prior
to completing your personal or business return.
However,
you will have to complete payment for TurboTax to utilize this
feature.
Sign
in to TurboTax. On
the Welcome
Back to TurboTax screen,
click the blue link Create
W-2s and 1099s under Manage
Your Return.
You
may need to upgrade to use QEF. It is available on these three
software versions: TurboTax Business,TurboTax Home & Business for
Desktop, and TurboTax Online Self-Employed.
