I received a 1099-B from my broker of futures contracts with no entry in boxes 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, or 1g. TT won't let me pass with out an entry from boxes 1b,c,d & e.

Boxes 8, 10, & 11 are negative numbers.
