You just need to re-visit that section in TurboTax. Sign into your account and click on 'Take me to my return'. Then click on:

Federal (left menu)
- Scroll down to Other Business Situations
- Click Revisit next to Self-Employed Retirement Plans
- Select Yes to Keogh, SEP or SIMPLE retirement plan for 2017?
- Check the box 'Maximize' box next to SEP
- Continue through the screens, and your allowed contribution will be shown on the screen.
