I have 2 1099- I have 2 1099R forms from the same account. How do I proceed?

one of the forms has boxes 2a with same amt as box 1, 2b has a check & 7 (code 7)  with IRA/SEP/SIMPLE checked
The other form has boxes 2b total distribution, 7 (code G)
