As a teacher I don't pay social security tax. Does TurboTax account for me NOT OWNING SS tax? Or does it calculate that I owe SS tax because none was deducted in my W2?

Retirement tax questions
No. It only calculates SS tax if you have a Net Profit from self employment income on schedule C.
