Fidelity Investments rolled over my entire 401K to a traditional IRA. The questions were about rollover to Roth 401k, 403b, or Roth IRA, not traditional IRA. I have a 2016 Form 5498 IRA Contribution that I would like to enter, but it won't let me. I did not withdraw any money from that 401k.
