You might have entered everything correctly. You have two things going on. You have a rollover distribution from one IRA and then it's also a rollover contribution in that you put it into a different IRA. As long as you dont see this amount included in your total eligible contributions (line 1 of form 8880) and you dont see it included in your total distributions(line 4 of form 8880) then you did it right. The form number that you want to look at in Turbo Tax is Form 8880.
