I have to submit taxes for 2 states - MN and NY.
Problem #1: I already paid $24.99 for MN e-filing. Now I can't e-file, how to get a refund?
Problem #2: NYS mandates electronic filing, I don't think they accept paper filing anymore. What to do?
Problem #3: I purchased turbox tax because it is only valuable to me for a 100% streamlined electronic filing process. Now that none of the e-file works (federal, MN, NY), how do I return the product for refund?
