Disability details are not requested/provided for tax purposes unless your dependent is disabled.
Since a spouse is never able to be claimed as a dependent by another spouse, you would not need to provide this information to TurboTax. If your spouse can be claimed as a dependent by someone else, you would be able to indicate that in the Personal Info section of your TurboTax return.
