Retirement tax questions

It won't allow me to do this because of income limits. Other information tells that if I do not have a 401K the income limit is higher. Is this a glich?

See this IRS website for contribution limits if your spouse is covered by a retirement plan at work - <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/retirement-plans/plan-participant-employee/2018-ira-contribution-and-deduction-l...>

Yes thank you, it says your modified AIG can be any amount if one spouse does not have a 401K. It won't allow this for me?
