My wife has contract work and receives 1099-MISCs. One 1099 is missing and we think it is because she said on the W-9 she is taxed as an S-Corp. What do we do?

For reference, it is an LLC but she hasn’t applied to be taxed as an s Corp, so there definitely should have been a 1099.

You don't need 1099s to claim income, you can claim amounts from your own records.  Just add the income after you've entered the 1099s you do have, when it asks for income not on a 1099 or general income.
