I don't doubt that this is the revised list of data for TT's calculation of 1116's line 3e, revised for the 2018 1040 (etc) format. I'd guess it's taken from the Windows version of TT. But my Mac version of TT calculates a different and more plausible value for 1116 3e - more plausible, that is, than a calculation summing all the values on the revised list. (The Mac value is more plausible, but still greater than it should be: I will have to adjust it.) Not sure what is going on.
