Will a trustee's fee I received in 2018 in excess of $500.00 qualify as income for Ohio's joint filing credit if I didn't receive a year-end tax form from the trust?
My husband and I file joint federal and state income tax returns. My husband receives a W-2 from his employer, however, my income is from pass-through entities (LLCs) and I receive K-1s from the LLCs, which income apparently does not qualify for Ohio's Joint Filing Credit, as I understand. I received trustee's fees in 2018 in excess of $500, however, no year-end tax form was received from the trust. If I include the trustee's fees as income, will it qualify for Ohio's Joint Filing Credit?
