Retirement tax questions
The 1099-INT would be one of the sections in the consolidated statement if you had interest.
Banks sometimes won't issue 1099-INT forms if the amount is less than $10. You don't need it, but should still report a number. Try contacting your bank to get the interest amount; if not, you should report an estimate ($10 or whatever).
My guess is that you either had zero interest or a very small amount. Worst case scenario is the IRS adjusts your refund by a buck or two.
