If I plan to receive a 1099-misc for roughly $8400, would it be a good idea to add $50.00 to line 6 (additional amount), on my W4 form at my regular full time job?

I file single with no dependents. I want to ensure that I don't owe a lot of money next year, so I thought it would be a good idea to add additional withholding on line 6 of my W4 at my regular job since I have a side job as an independent contractor teaching English.
