I need a special 1099R paid by the Office of Personnel Management;

How do I change the payers name from Fidelity to OPM Retirement Operations on Turbo Tax?  The Gov 1099R never has a 2a Taxable amount stated..  Can you get me the formula for obtaining that "Taxable amount" required figure.
