If your broker is a TurboTax Partner, you can import your stock transactions reported on Form 1099-B directly into TurboTax.

 Form 3922, Transfer of Stock Acquired Through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, is for informational purposes only, for your employer to report to you information on your purchase(s) of ESPP shares - there is no requirement to enter the information from this form into TurboTax, or include it on your return.
