@titto20356 received letter 4464c yesterday. I'm hoping that they just needed to verify my income since it was reduced from years past. I called and spoke with a lovely woman who said that it hasn't been 21 days since I was accepted. She said they did not start processing returns until 1/29; that the 21 days would be the 20th since they are closed on Monday the 19th. She said she can't look anything up for me yet. She said not to worry that WMR is showing changes and some strange or different messages for people. If I don't update tomorrow then I will be calling first thing on Tuesday. Although I've had to ID verify in the past I've never received a letter like this before.
