Retirement tax questions
You don't. For tax purposes you only have one IRA which is the aggregate total of all IRA accounts. The combined total RMD for all accounts can be taken from any one or combination of accounts. The amounts are immaterial as long as the total RMD is satisfied.
Just answer the TurboTax RMD question that you took the RMD.
