Retirement tax questions

cant help with your particular problem, but I ha received a 1099-G but when the form was to be completed that area was for a 1099-MISC, something not at all related.  I found most of my answer through the help line, but had to complete the instructions with my own initiative by deleting the 1099-MISC form and including the 1099-G and completing that form.  The returns immediately popped right up as correct and ready to be filed. The filing went through easy as always.  I have used Turbo Ta since late 1990s approximately and mostly have no issues.  That would be rare.  I don't know what card you are writing about but it probably comes from your bank and not Turbo Tax. Good Luck.
